Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order or special order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available. Full payment is collected at checkout and your order will be fulfilled once the item becomes available.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. If you believe you are eligible for a refund on a fulfilled pre-order, please contact us at shop@hondaway.com. Please note that refunds do not include original shipping charges, and the cost of return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Special Orders

Special orders are items sourced from our suppliers specifically upon your request. Full payment is collected at checkout.

Because special orders are placed with our suppliers on your behalf, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, the order cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel a special order, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@hondaway.com.
