Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary during high-volume periods
  • Orders containing special order or pre-order items may require additional processing time

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We ship using the following carriers:

  • Canada Post
  • Purolator

Estimated delivery times:

Canada Post

  • Regular Parcel: 2–9 business days
  • Expedited Parcel: 1–7 business days

Purolator

  • Ground: 1–5 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days

All shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Supplier or manufacturer delays
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Special Orders & Pre-Orders

Items marked as special order or pre-order may have extended fulfillment times.

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge:

  • Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and may change without notice
  • Delays may occur due to supplier availability or manufacturer timelines

Orders containing both in-stock and special/pre-order items may be:

  • Held until all items are available, or
  • Shipped separately at our discretion

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Canada Post or Purolator
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (if applicable)
  • Events outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Delays or losses resulting from incorrect information

Additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages

If your package is missing:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
  • We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue.


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at:
