This website is operated by The Honda Way, an authorized Honda dealer. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Honda Way. By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or inaccuracies

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information.


5. Special Orders & Pre-Orders

All special order and pre-order items are final sale.

By placing an order for these items, you agree that:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once processed
  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change

6. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

8. Manufacturer Warranty (Honda Canada Products)

As an authorized Honda dealer, we sell genuine Honda products that may include a manufacturer’s warranty provided by Honda Canada.

For applicable products:

  • Warranty coverage is governed by Honda Canada’s official warranty program
  • Warranty terms, duration, and eligibility are determined by Honda Canada
  • Warranty claims may be processed through our dealership or any authorized Honda dealer

Proof of purchase may be required.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Use outside intended application

9. Product Fitment & Installation Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their vehicle before purchase.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect fitment
  • Installation errors
  • Labor costs related to installation or removal

10. Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Honda Way shall not be liable for any damages resulting from use of our products or services.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Honda Way from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms.


12. Governing Law

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Special order items
  • Pre-order items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report issues within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
